Require an NDA on your Trust Center

Where: Trust Management → Trust Center → Settings tab, card Require Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?, or open Trust Center settings.

Who: admins, or members whose department can edit the Trust Center module.

Steps​

  1. Open Trust Center settings.
  2. In the Require Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)? card, click Setup NDA. If an NDA already exists, the button says View NDA.
  3. In the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) panel, write the agreement under Terms & Policies.
  4. Click Save. You'll see "NDA updated!".

Visitors who request access are asked to accept this NDA.

Good to know​

  • The NDA protects content shown to approved visitors, so it is most useful with Restricted View enabled. See Turn on your Trust Center.
