Customize your Trust Center landing page

Where: Trust Management → Trust Center → Settings tab → Customize (in the Customize your Landing Page card), or open Customize your Landing Page directly.

Who: admins, or members whose department can edit the Trust Center module.

Changes are saved as a draft first. Visitors only see them after you Publish.

Steps

1. Open Customize your Landing Page.
2. On the Branding tab, in Company Branding, set:
   • Company Name
   • Company Logo (upload an image)
   • Primary Color and Secondary Color (pick a color or type a hex code such as #1A2B3C)
3. On the Content tab:
   • In Welcome Section, write the Welcome Title and Welcome Description visitors see first.
   • In Contact Information, add the Contact Email and Contact Phone for security questions.
4. Optional: on the Advanced tab, in Advanced Customization, set the Header Text, Footer Text (for example a copyright line) and Custom CSS.
5. Click Save changes at the top of the page. Your edits are now saved as a draft.
6. Click Preview to open the draft in a new tab and check it.
7. Click Publish to make the saved version live.

The Publish button only appears when there are no unsaved changes; while you are editing, the same spot shows Save changes.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	What to do
"Please enter a valid 6-digit hex color code"	Colors must look like #ffffff: a # followed by six letters or digits.
Visitors still see the old page.	You saved but did not publish. Click Publish.
I don't see Publish.	You have unsaved changes. Click Save changes first.
