Turn on your Trust Center

Your Trust Center is a public page where customers and partners see your security and compliance posture: your frameworks, controls and the documents you choose to share.

Where: Trust Management → Trust Center → Settings tab, or open Trust Center settings.

Who: admins, or members whose department has access to the Trust Center module.

Turn the Trust Center on

  1. Open Trust Center settings.
  2. In the Enable Trust Center card, click Enable.

Once it is enabled, the custom domain section appears under the same card. See Use your own domain for the Trust Center.

To take the Trust Center offline again, click Disable in the same card.

Choose who can see it

By default anyone with the link can view the Trust Center. To show it only to visitors you approve:

  1. In the Restricted View card, click Enable.
  2. Visitors now have to request access. Their requests appear in the Pending Requests tab. See Approve Trust Center access requests.

Click Disable in the Restricted View card to make the Trust Center public again.
