Use your own domain for assessment links

Where: Trust Management → Third-Party Risk Management → Settings → Custom Domains, or open TPRM settings.

Who: admins, or members whose department has access to the TPRM module. You also need access to your domain's DNS settings.

Steps​

  1. Open TPRM settings.
  2. In Custom Domains, click Add Your First Domain.
  3. In Manage DNS records, enter the Hostname, for example vendors.example.com, and click Add host.
  4. Copy the pre-validation TXT name, pre-validation TXT value, TTL, CNAME key and CNAME value, and create those records at your DNS provider.
  5. Click Verify. If it fails, wait for DNS to update and try again.

Once Verified, links in assessment emails use your domain.
