Record KPI measurements

Where: Dashboard → KPI Management → KPI Registry → KPI Measurements tab, or the Submit measurement tab on a KPI's page.

Who: the KPI's owner. Owners outside your organization submit through the KPI owner portal they are emailed.

Steps​

  1. Open KPI Registry and go to KPI Measurements.
  2. Select the KPI.
  3. Enter the Measurement date and the KPI value.
  4. Optionally add Comments & references and Attachments as evidence.
  5. Click Submit measurement.

Each KPI takes one measurement per period. If it is already measured, you'll see "This KPI has already been measured for the current period" and the date the next one opens.

See how it is doing​

Open the KPI from the registry:

  • Overview shows the Current value against the Target, the previous value and the trend.
  • Performance & governance shows performance over time and the linked controls, policies and risks.
  • Trend Analysis compares KPIs over time (active KPIs only).
