Handle KPI breaches and corrective actions

Where: Dashboard → KPI Management → Breaches, or open KPI Breaches.

Breach records are created automatically when a KPI crosses its critical threshold. You don't create them by hand.

Review breaches​

  1. Open KPI Breaches. The summary shows Open breaches, those In review and Repeated breaches.
  2. Search by KPI, owner or ID, and click a breach to review it: the KPI, breach date, threshold crossed, severity, status and owner.

Track corrective and preventive actions​

The Corrective & Preventive Actions list keeps every action linked to the breach that caused it, with its Type, Owner, Due Date and Status (Open, In progress, Submitted, Overdue, Closed).

Open an action to review the work done. Submitted actions show Awaiting review until they are Verified.
