Check notification delivery logs

Where: the notification bell → Delivery logs, or open Notification delivery logs.

Who: admins only.

The log lists every delivery attempt with the Recipient email, Event type, Channel, Status, number of Attempts, Error message, and Delivered at / Created at times.

Use it when someone says they didn't get an email or Slack message: find their address and check the status and error message.
